Nikkie's Homemade BBQ Rub

Hello everyone, having your own spices is awesome. I am one to buy my favorite mixes from McCormick and A1. But having my own special blends are great as well. I use this particular one for just about everything. Its easy to make and taste great on anything, from meat to fish. If I have to label it for a rub its similar to Memphis rub. So here we go.



Homemade BBQ Rub

Makes About a little over a Cup
Ingredients:

1/4 cup paprika
2 Tbsp Kosher Salt
2 Tbsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Cayenne
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Allspice
1 tsp Ground Coffee

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Store in airtight container for up to 6 months.
